Kerstin brings a successful international corporate track record and broad business background of over 20 years into her work as Executive Coach. Over 18 years she has been a leader and executive in competitive industries, changing environments and different cultures.
Her professional background includes various roles in the consulting, wholesale/retail and telecommunications sectors. She built up a strong foundation in IT-, Process reorganization- and Change management-Consulting with Andersen Consulting/Accenture. Based on that she further pursued a successful career as executive in Human Resources and Talent- and Management Development in DAX 30 companies and medium-sized businesses. Her last role was Vice President Corporate Performance at Deutsche Telekom.
For more than 9 years Kerstin accompanies clients from different businesses as international Executive Coach individually and in teams, to successfully and sustainably achieve their developmental goals in line with the business imperatives.
