About Agata
Agata is passionate about helping her executive clients develop their full potential so they, in turn, can inspire and energize their teams and drive their organizations to new, sustainable heights. To that end, she has been working as an executive coach and consultant since 2006. Based just outside of Paris, Agata works internationally, accompanying individuals and teams in Western and Central Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the United States. Having enjoyed a successful career as a global HR and leadership development executive and served at a supervisory board level, she is a source of invaluable support to senior executives as they assume larger, more complex global roles and meet new challenges. Through team coaching, Agata aims to bring out and enlist the best in each and every contributor so teams can work most effectively together, enhancing individual and collective engagement while driving the organization’s overall performance and growth.
Professional Experience
Agata’s vast professional experience includes a range of corporate positions. Most recently, she was global head of learning and in charge of leadership development for Crédit Agricole. Prior to that, she worked at INSEAD as Executive Director of the Global Leadership Center. There she created the leadership coaching department, which offers executive coaching as part of the academic program on INSEAD campuses in Fontainebleau, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi, in addition to serving corporate clients on every continent. She also worked as Human Resources Director for Apple, Bayer, and CarnaudMetalbox. Agata has served on the supervisory board of a large international bank.
Of Polish origin, Agata has worked in Poland, the UK, Belgium and France.
She speaks French, English and Polish fluently.
