Gerard challenges leaders, teams and organizations to release their full potential. He uses a structured, as well as an intuitive approach, with the executive/team as the focus of the coaching process. Because each person and team is unique, consultation is essential in determining the process, the agenda and the goals of the sessions. The sessions are specifically tailored to the customer as a ‘whole’, and are highly personal in approach.
Gerard is certified to use a large number of worldwide recognized instruments including the CPITM, MBTI®, FIRO-B®, Hogan, Benchmarks®, ISPI® and Voices® instruments. In his work, he focuses on the technical and innovation business background as well as the human side of business.

After finishing his studies in Physics at the University of Delft and his PhD in Physics at the University of Eindhoven, Gerard worked as a researcher/innovator and a leader for Dutch-based TNO, the largest industrial research institute in Europe.
