For Hanneke the essence of coaching is to support clients to discover their own, authentic way for living life with intent and to strengthen their ability to get results in challenging environments. Changing conditions often show that useful behavioural patterns created in the past may need to be unwired and rewired into different ways of thinking, being and behaving to reach new levels of performance, creativity and balance.
Qualifications, Accreditations
Hanneke studied languages at the State University of Antwerp, Belgium and obtained a degree in Human Resources Management at the Foundation for Training and Social Welfare Work in Amsterdam. She is a graduate of the International Teaching Program (IMD), obtained a diploma in Clinical Organizational Psychology (INSEAD) and attended various courses on the Theory of Adult Development and Interactive Training Strategies.

Professional Experience
Hanneke is an executive coach specialized in working with highly diverse executives in a variety of industries and not for profit organisations with a worldwide reach. She regularly works on programs offered by the INSEAD Global Leadership Center and supports organizations with strategic Human Resources projects. She is active in the field of think tanks focusing on trends that shape the future of work. As a guest lecturer at executive master programs she teaches on topics relating to enhancing leadership capabilities.
Hanneke has extensive strategic and operational human resources experience at business, corporate centre, as well as board level in global financial services organizations before becoming an independent coach and consultant in 2005. Hanneke dedicates herself to volunteer activities in advisory board and academic quality improvement activities all over the world. As a founding member of the International Human Resources Community in Switzerland she actively supports HR professionals to benefit from a unique learning network which has close to 300 members.
