Vivianne’s key expertise is in coaching senior executives in global organizations, helping them to address their leadership challenges across cultural and organizational boundaries. Vivianne has an MBA in European Business (UK) and a Diploma in languages (Sweden). She is a recognized international executive coach with certifications and accreditations from distinguished worldwide organizations, such as:

- Accreditations in a number of psychometric tools including MBTI, FIRO-B and Hogan
Professional Experience
For almost 20 years, Vivianne has coached senior executives from more than 55 different nations across six continents and major industry sectors (automotive, aerospace, banking, consumer products, financial services, healthcare, IT, life sciences, manufacturing, oil and gas, telecom, pharmaceuticals and utilities).
She has worked on assignments in more than 20 countries and lived in five – her native Sweden, France, Switzerland, Germany and the UK where she now lives. Before being an executive coach Vivianne had a career as a ‘serial entrepreneur’, including launching a division for an FT100 company in London and later founding her own company in England which operated throughout Europe.
This experience has given Vivianne extensive business acumen and first-hand knowledge of various business disciplines. In addition to working as a coach Vivianne also acts as a senior-level advisor to private equity groups and companies on leadership issues in connection with cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
