Professional Experience
Prior to becoming a coach in 1998, Claudia worked for more than 20 years in international management positions for renowned German and international corporations in hi-tech, media, mining, chemicals, logistics, finance, M&A projects and leading management consultants, including Texas Instruments, BBC Television and McKinsey & Company, Inc.
The combination of a solid corporate and business background plus great experience in delivering professional coaching, enables Claudia to successfully support her clients in their „Quest for the Best“ by quickly getting where they are at as well as understanding the challenges they face.
Qualifications, Accreditations
Claudia is credentialed PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the ICF International Coach Federation, Re-Teaming Coach and holds Diplomas in English as well as by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). She is a published author of four books and coaches in both English and German on a mother tongue level.
