    Elisabeth’s expertise is in helping senior executives achieve leadership excellence.     Qualifications, Accreditations

    Elisabeth has an EMBA and an M.A. in sociology and organizational psychology, both from Zurich University. Her continuous training covers a wide range of areas, such as:

    • Organizational development, Executive Coaching, Generative Coaching, Systemic Constellation Work, Appreciative Inquiry, Reteaming, etc.
    • Accredited in various diagnostic and psychometric tools, including MBTI, Transactional Analysis, OPQ and SHL leadership assessments, Herrmann Brain Dominance, and various 360 instruments.

    Professional Experience

    Over the past 17 years, Elisabeth has coached senior executives from different nations and major industry sectors (e.g. engineering, banking and financial services, insurance, telecom, academia), most of her clients acting from Swiss headquarters.

    As a profound expert in Organizational Development (OD) and organizational diagnostics, she also conducts C-level employment assessments and facilitates the teambuilding and self-reflection of management boards. Before growing her own business, Elisabeth pursued a corporate career as OD specialist for a global bank. Prior to this, she was a senior consultant in market and opinion research. Her background enabled Elisabeth to develop excellent business acumen, strong strategic thought and a thorough understanding of quite diverse industrial contexts.

    Besides her personal C- suite coaching and consulting, Elisabeth contributes to expert partnerships conducting Board audits or designing international leadership events.
