Ina has more than 20 years of experience as a coach and consultant for market-leading companies from different industry sectors. By focusing on the human side of business, she supports her clients in strengthening their emotional intelligence and insights into human nature to successfully meet and master their leadership challenges and help them further develop high performance teams. She supports her clients in discovering their own authentic leadership style to successfully achieve both the organizations’ and their individual goals – in a healthy and highly motivated way.
Ina specializes in behavior change, on-boarding, and performance management. She is an expert in management diagnostics and combines relationship and stress management to unfold senior executives’ full potential. Her coaching style has been described as encouraging, practical and results-oriented.

Qualifications, Accreditations
Ina holds a Master in Psychology from the University of Hamburg with a specialization in Clinical and Educational Psychology. She uses a wide range of coaching tools such as the systemic approach, transaction analysis and aspects of neuro mental techniques, behavioral feedback and self-awareness assessments to enable quick and sustainable results.

Professional Experience
Ina has been working in a variety of industry sectors, such as automotive, aerospace, consumer products, healthcare, telecom, and services.
She started her career with one of Germany’s biggest professional training services providers and was promoted to head of department, being responsible for marketing, organization and design and delivery of commercial and academic training programs.
During more than 10 years as a senior consultant and executive coach in three different global HR consulting firms, Ina assessed, challenged and supported hundreds of executives. In her role as deputy director of a branch-office, she successfully drove business expansion and leadership development.
Coming from an entrepreneur family, business savvy has become part of Ina’s DNA from early on – she fully understands and is passionate about helping business leaders form and engage inspired and results-oriented teams.
