She has helped a GM in modifying his leadership style and successfully meeting objectives by positively impacting peers and subordinates.
Prior to coaching, Pia garnered more than 15 years of broad business experience with cross-cultural teams in multinational organizations. In key accounts, banking and management consulting, she has a proven track record for success and a deep understanding of the issues facing organizations in the global market.
