Qualifications and Accreditations
Sally has a Doctorate in Coaching, an MBA and a degree in Psychology and Anthropology. She has the NTL Organisation Development Certificate and is accredited at Professional Certified Coach level with the ICF. She is also an Ashridge accredited Coach and Organisation Development Supervisor. She has trained in Group Relations at the Tavistock, Constellations, Structural Dynamics, Transactional Analysis and various systems psychodynamic, humanistic and somatic approaches.
Professional Experience
Sally is Lead Coach on the Executive MBA at IMD the international business school in Lausanne and works extensively with Oxford Said Business School. Her clients comprise many leading blue chip organisations across the globe where she provides executive coaching to clients who need to perform at their best in fast moving, ambiguous and high stakes situations.
Sally founded the Coaching Centre of Excellence in 2010 at GSK. In 2016 GSK Coaching received the International Coach Federation (ICF) International Prism Award for Global Excellence. Sally was awarded Internal Coaching Person of the Year in 2016. Prior to setting up the Coaching function in 2010, she was VP Leadership and Organisation Development.
