Michelle’s continuing mission for the last 15 years has always been to bring the executive to a place of engagement – of synergy and mutual fulfilment – with the organization. Michelle has been able to incorporate her management and leadership experience into insight and understanding that enables customization of method and content to suit the individual executives, teams and organizations she serves.

Qualifications, Accreditations
Michelle has a business degree in Business Communications, with a minor in Psychology, is a certified professional coach (International Coaching Council).
Her continuous training covers a wide range of areas, such as:
- Certified Transformation Through Values trainer including various certifications and accreditations in coaching and facilitation
- Accredited in various diagnostic and psychometric tools, including MBTI, and Marshall Goldsmith’s Global Leader of the Future 360 instrument.
Professional Experience
Over the past 15 years, Michelle has worked with senior executives from major industry sectors (e.g. healthcare, banking and financial services, insurance, logistics, public sectors and more). Before developing her own practice, Michelle pursued a corporate career as a senior business director and consultant in marketing communications and advertising.
Her background and dedication enabled her to develop excellent strategic business acumen and strong leadership and communications capabilities when leading teams to exponential market growth in diverse commercial and regional/global contexts.
