Andrea holds a master degree in business administration from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and participated in a wide range of further professional development programs, on topics such as Leadership, Change, Coaching, Systemic Consulting, Communication. She is accredited in various assessment and development tools.

Based on her experience with change management in multinational companies, global leadership development programs, her own managerial background and a certified coaching education Andrea has been practicing professional coaching since 2006.
Before setting up her own management consultancy focusing on Executive Coaching and HR Consulting (main topics: change, leadership, performance and talent management) in 2008 she acquired nearly 15 years of business experience. As head of Corporate Leadership Tools and Programs at the pharmaceutical and chemical company Merck she was in charge of design and implementation of global leadership programs. During the post-acquisition integration of the biotechnical company Serono she designed and implemented numerous change activities.
Prior to Merck, she gained experience in operational as well as strategic HR management at the hair and beauty company Wella. After the acquisition of Wella by Procter & Gamble she focused on post-acquisition processes, change management and restructuring projects.
