About Astrid
Astrid is a passionate executive coach and an inspiring facilitator. Qualifications, Accreditations
Astrid holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (KIT) and a PHD from the Helmut Schmidt University of Hamburg. She participated in advanced training in Management Strategies at the iimt, University of Fribourg. Her continuous training covers a wide range of areas, such as: Organizational development, leadership development, Systemic Constellation Work, Conflict management and mediation, transaction analysis, NLP (DVNLP certified Master), Systemic Business Coaching (dvct certified) and holds accreditations in a number of psychometric tools.
Professional Experience
Since 2008 Astrid is coaching senior executives in globally operating organizations and facilitating strategic change initiatives in international settings. She does not only work as a coach but also trains professionals to become certified coaches (Steinbeis Hochschule Berlin).
Before driving her own consulting business, Astrid held various leadership and management positions in international technology companies in a challenging, constantly and fast changing market environment in the areas of
