Qualifications, Accreditations
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), as well as the following credentials and qualifications:
- Professional Certified Coach, International Coach Federation
- Accreditations in a number of psychometric tools including Extended DISC, EQi2.0 and Harrison
Professional Experience
Having lived and worked in Asia for 20 years, Susan has a wealth of international business experience. Prior to working as a professional coach, Susan was co-owner of a consultancy in Los Angeles. She has held international management positions in advertising and public relations.
Coaching since 2006, Susan specializes in coaching challenging situations such as stepping into a new and challenging leadership role, such as Vice President to CEO, or Director to Vice President. Each coaching engagement is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the individual client. She also leverages her corporate communications background and resources, and often coaches on delivering difficult messages, feedback, team development, managing conflict, communication mismatch, influence and career planning and transitions.
